We begin every client relationship with a free discovery call, during which we assess your business needs and determine whether Bison Executive is the right fit.

If you choose to proceed, you will be asked to sign a Service Agreement, which includes specific service terms, deliverables, pricing, confidentiality clauses, and the legal venue clause.

That agreement will be the primary legal document governing your relationship with Bison Executive. It is enforceable under the laws of Lea County, New Mexico, and supersedes these general website Terms if any conflict arises.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content available on this Site—including, but not limited to, text, images, video, graphics, logos, coaching materials, digital downloads, branding elements, and site layout—is the exclusive property of Bison Executive or its licensed partners.

6. Payment and Refund Policy

All pricing, billing terms, and payment schedules will be defined in your specific Service Agreement. Generally:

• Payments must be made in full and on time

• Late payments are subject to a 15% late payment penalty and may result in services being paused until the account is brought current.

• Refunds are not guaranteed and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis based on delivered services

We do not guarantee results or income increases. Your success depends on your implementation, effort, and external factors beyond our control.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

All services and content on this Site are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Bison Executive disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:
